You may access medical services from ChroniusCare providers without the benefits of the Chronius enhanced digital tools and value-added member services. This access does not include use of patient advocate services, robust care coordination services including personalized referral searches, priority booking, priority messaging responses, and aggregation of external medical records.

To receive all the benefits of Chronius membership, including same or next day urgent care visits, monthly patient advocate sessions, concierge-level care coordination, and more, continue with registration as a Chronius member.
